Well i build a track which is called silence and i want that in some parts even the tmnf music turns of can u help me?

Upload a 1 second (or something like that) audio clip of silence, and set that as the track's background music.
See this tutorial.
You will (not) hear the "music" as soon as it's downloaded, which should be soon if it's a small file/short sound.

Actually, maybe you'll need to restart once after it is downloaded, before it'll kick in.

aeh, there should be a function to lower the music+sound volume ^^

You can move your mouse to the top of the screen when playing TMF, and you can set sound and music volume independently from the drop-down bar thingy there...
That's a setting for your copy of the game, not the track.
I really think you mean something else though...?

i thought there was a clip called volume or music or something
