I hve tried everything to see Blur and Colour FXs, but nothing happens.Nadeo is not responding, so the only hope is you can solve this problem for so many people!!!

Activate PC3 !

for FX color, you need PC2 and FX POSTPROCESSING
for FX color with far/near settings, you need PC3 plus a blur fx at the same time.
for FX blur, you need PC3

which gfx card do you have?

post the gbx file with the FX you made in here, so we can check if the fx are implemented correctly.

Everything activated, PC3, FX POSTPROCESSING, BLUR FX, everything.Gfx card:Intel Graphicks Media Accelerator 950 (May be thats not the gfx card)

this chipset doesn't support PC3/pixel shader 3 model, sorry.
i'm not familiar with other limitations, but you can be pretty
sure that your problem is caused by your graphics chipset's
lack of abilities

Yup, the graph. card your using ain't good enough for shader3.. So that makes blur and FX options not possible.
